Orren Fox is an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, focusing on power and energy transactions. He works with leading utilities, energy infrastructure firms and renewables developers on complex M&A, financing and strategic capital-allocation decisions across North America‘s evolving grid.

Orren holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a B.A. in Economics from ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø. During his undergraduate years, he captained the Men’s Ultimate Frisbee team and worked with the Prison Project, a student-led initiative dedicated to criminal justice reform. He served on the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Alumni Association Council, where he focused on engagement initiatives to deepen connections between the college and its graduate community. He also works closely with the Career Center to advise students and recent graduates on finance careers in capital-markets transitions. Committed to sustainable development, Orren established a beekeeping program for the Kopila Valley School in Surkhet Nepal, supporting both agricultural resilience and community income. He is the author of Do Beekeeping, a guide to getting started keeping bees, released in English and German editions and has spoken on the subject at the White House. His combination of capital markets expertise, community engagement, and focus on long-term value creation, informs his approach to trustee, stewardship, and institutional strategy.
