Orienting our understanding of antiracism, diversity, equity and inclusion (ADEI) leadership to a broader, cross constituent lens.
The Institutional Diversity, Equity & Accessibility Leadership (I.D.E.A.L.) team is comprised of offices and individuals who have formal responsibilities to coordinate, support or otherwise address our ADEI efforts across ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø.
The team meets blockly to provide support, resources and information as well as review policies and procedures from an intersectional lens ensuring all areas of diversity are addressed.
